You have a 15 min grace period if I am not contacted or you do not show it will result in a no call no show which is frowned upon! Please communicate 24 hours in advance if choosing to cancel failure to do so you will be charged 10% of remaining balance . No call No shows will result in a charge of 50% of remaining balance . If you need to contact me please do , through the contact page (email.) If you book an appt and need braiding hair I will contact you the week of to ask for your Color and length for the appointment. Please no extra guest , if you have to please let me know in advance. Please note that the giving time is an estimation and can take longer, so if possible do not schedule anything close to the time, because I can not rush my work and you do not want me to.
