Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY
• A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you do not arrive or contact me within 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a no-call/no-show.
• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so will result in a 20% charge of the remaining balance.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
• Please contact me via the contact page/email only.
• For braiding appointments, I will reach out the week of your appointment to confirm hair color and length.
• No extra guests, unless approved in advance.
• Cash payments are preferred. If not paying in cash, a $2 processing fee will be added.
• Appointment times are estimates and may take longer. Please avoid scheduling anything immediately after your appointment, as I do not rush my work.
